Data sources & credits

These demonstrations use research imaging from The Cancer Imaging Archive, NCI Imaging Data Commons, KU Leuven, and the University of Leeds. The forearm CT and knee MRI are cadaveric specimens. Source coverage varies by study. They are for demonstration and education, not clinical use.

Each study includes its citation, license, source record, and details of any modifications. The forearm CT includes reduced-resolution imaging and derived coronal and sagittal series under CC BY-SA 4.0; adaptations of those images must retain that license. The knee MRI retains original image pixels with deidentified metadata under CC BY 4.0. The previews are rendered from the included images. Close this tab to return to your scan.

Included imaging

6 source imaging series / 901 images. Lung and soft-tissue stacks, coronal and sagittal reconstructions, MIP, and scouts. All indexed imaging instances for this study are included. This does not establish that the original clinical examination was published in full.

Abdomen CT

Noncontrast and contrast axial images, with coronal and sagittal reconstructions.

Citation

Included imaging

7 source imaging series / 898 images. Noncontrast and contrast axial images, with coronal and sagittal reconstructions. All indexed imaging instances for this study are included. This does not establish that the original clinical examination was published in full. 4 accompanying RTSTRUCT objects are available separately; they are not part of the opening image ZIP.

Forearm CT

KU Leuven cadaveric specimen 7. Distal forearm, wrist and hand with axial, coronal and sagittal derived series; supports bone reconstruction.

This does not establish that the original clinical examination was published in full. 4 accompanying SEG objects are available separately; they are not part of the opening image ZIP.

PET/CT

Colorized PET and fused PET/CT over the CT’s shorter field of view. Explore 419 PET slices, linked planes, activity values, and 3D MIP.

Included imaging

419 PET slices spanning 847 mm, plus 161 CT slices spanning 160 mm. Both source imaging series are complete as indexed by IDC, but the accompanying CT covers only part of the PET field. Shared DICOM coordinates support linked comparison within the overlap; this is not newly computed registration. Original DICOM bytes are unchanged. Values are source activity concentration in Bq/mL, not calculated SUV. Ancillary SEG/SR annotations are not included.
